For a Multi-Donor Trust Fund dedicated to youth employment, we managed a multi-stakeholder partnership supporting youth employment opportunities by financing innovative solutions of the private sector, civil society, and governments. Within this program, we led the organization of a pre-fundraising conference attended by 300 participants within the education and employment sector and developed different partnership- and business models for the fund and its activities.
We developed a strategic partnership between a healthcare fund and a UN organization which led to a four-year funded program further strengthening the transformation of the digital economy in Tanzania and Nigeria by supporting the digitalization of Health SMEs and financial services through partnerships with local stakeholders such as government, digital solution providers and private health associations. This program provides digitization options and technical assistance to Health SMEs to automate their health management systems and business operations.
We were asked to understand the market for Education Financing in Morocco via a sectoral approach, with the aim of facilitating private sector investment into the sector with the objective of developing a financing market for private, affordable education. In order to determine key stakeholders with a demand for financing such as private universities and vocational training institutes and identify partner financial institutions, we performed a basic market assessment, identified the gaps and challenges in the financial sector and developed a business case for financing education by i) structuring a student loan scheme and ii) assessing the size of a potential student lending facility. This study addressed the financial sector constraints and tertiary education opportunities for establishing education financing for students from low-income families to attend private universities with high employability rates.
We were asked to create a real-time dashboard to analyse the baseline for a community development project in Tonga, in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. The dashboard integrated datasets from different sources allowing our client to get real insights into community profiles at national, island and community levels. This created a better understanding of the population and led to a more efficient use of resources for the government. Our solution, using Microsoft Power BI, enabled the client to see a highly detailed and disaggregated maps and visuals of each of their communities of interest at the click of a button.
